Philip J. Standish

May 30, 1942 ~ October 10, 2018 (age 76)

Philip J. Standish 76, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. It was  quick. He is predeceased by his Mom, Margie Supa, her husband Al, and his  father Walt Standish. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Connie (cj) Head; daughters Leanne Standish and her husband Pete; Kristen Wolf; son Kevin J. Standish;  and grandchildren Jesse, Jori and Dani.  

Phil served in the US Marine Corp. Reserve for 8 years. He drove over the road as a member of the IBT local union 693. He was a member of the VFW, the Moose Club, AmVets and Eagles club. Since his retirement He and  Connie have enjoyed life at Beaver Lake, Windsor NY and in Paisley FL. Phil loved riding motorcycles. He was a friend to all and will be missed by many as the “King of One-Liners”. He was the only one that Bob the Cat (Bobzilla) loved, Lord Help Us All... Familys, lake folk and fisher folks are welcomed at 11AM October 20, 2018 for a small memorial at the lake. A Celebration of Phil’s life will be at 2:00 at Annie’s Bar and Grill, 1083 Old Rte 17, Windsor. Join us for food music and all things Phil!
