entered into eternal life on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Wilson Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Luigi and Elizabeth Cuffaro; sister and brother in law Frances and Anthony Angotti; sister in law Frances Hardt; father and mother in law Herbert and Margaret Hardt. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Julia; daughters Lisa, Maria, Catherine; sister Josephine Shaffo; sisters in law and brothers in law Mary and Alan Phelps; Theresa and Donald Corwin; several nieces and nephews. Gerlando served in the US Army. He was an engineer for IBM, a member of St. Ambrose Church, a handyman, enjoyed golfing and reading. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday at 11am at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Ave, Endicott. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10am until the time of the mass at St. Ambrose Church. The family would like to thank Dr. John Perry, his doctor, for his care of Gerlando over the years as well as the ICU nursing staff at Wilson Hospital for the last two weeks.
