James C. Johnson, 47, of St Petersburg, FL died on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from complications of Crohn’s disease. He was a 1993 graduate of Vestal Senior High School. Jim enjoyed music, motorcycles, and being by the Gulf of Mexico. He had a big heart, cared deeply, and especially loved his dogs. He was a union electrician in Binghamton, NY and Tampa, FL and found pride in his work. All who knew him experienced his authentic self, good sense of humor, and pursuit of adventure. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Joanna Johnson of Vestal NY, sister Kathy Johnson Flentge of Buffalo, NY, her husband Keith, their children, Elise and Iris, and members of the Goodison family. Memorial service to be scheduled.
