Lottie Gankiewicz Danko

April 25, 1923 ~ February 14, 2022 (age 98)


Lottie Danko, 98, passed away on February 14, 2022 at the Elizabeth Church Manor Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years George Danko, parents Helen and Walter Gankiewicz, daughter Carol Grant, sisters Mary Mushock and Helen Savichky, brother Joseph Gankiewicz. Her life centered around her family, sons and daughters in law James and Deborah Danko, John and Donna Danko, daughter Nancy Grant; son in law Gary Grant; her grandchildren Desiree and Dylan Danko, Jaime and Michael McCurry, Marc and Michael Danko, Michele Mastronardi, Jennifer and Micah Yonkoski, Brian Grant, Angela and Kip Cerasaro. The light of her life was her great grandchildren Sydney and Braddock Yonkoski, Julia and Anthony Mastronardi, Roman, Ada and Jude Cerasaro, Charlie McCurry; brother Edward Gankiewicz.  Lottie was retired from IBM. She was a member of the former St Stanislaus Church now the Church of the Holy Trinity. A Private Funeral Mass will be held at the convenience of the family. The family wishes to thank the staff at Elizabeth Church Manor Nursing Home for their loving care and concern. Donations in her memory may be made to the Holy Trinity Building Fund or St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital
