Rita (Parker) Epler of Johnson City, born July 28, 1931 was reunited with her loving husband Carl J. Epler on January 19, 2021.She is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Colleen Epler Johnson City, Kathy (Mike) Pino Albuquerque, NM and Teresa (Bill) Howland Johnson City; six grandchildren Sarah (Trever) Fearrand, Alison (Rob) Brewster, Dan (Kenneth) Pino, Scott Pino, Parker Howland and Mason Howland; three great grandchildren Dominick, Lexi and Ayden; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Catherine and David Cummings, Cleveland, TN. Rita would never pass up a chance to donate to a casino and every restaurant in Broome County seemed to call her name. She really enjoyed swimming at the JC YMCA and the friends she met there. A special thank you to all her “concert” friends that treated her so well, she loved you all. Mom, you might not have made it to your 90th birthday, but you made it to your 90th year! We will forever miss you. A private burial was held for the immediate family at Calvary Cemetery.
