Robin Evelyn Fose, age 58. Born July 17, 1963 and called home to glory to be with her savior November 13, 2021. Predeceased by her parents Carol (Fields) Fose and Walter John Fose. Surviving are her sister Melissa (Fose) DeWalt (Lloyd), her niece Rebecca (DeWalt) Self (Daniel), grand-nephews and niece Judah, Logan and Amelia.
Robin had a great love for God and for people. Despite her own personal struggles, she would go out of her way if she knew someone had a problem to help them.
Second only to her love for God was her love for her cats. Her cats were always placed before what she needed.
Her last words to her friends spoken to them through her final Facebook post is as follows: "We know that God is a great creator. We know it is his will, his way, and his life that we live. If we accept him, deny ourselves and live in his will and in his way and confess our sins and become his sons and daughters, we then give ourselves over to him. As his daughter I can say I'm proud to be able to be his daughter. As many of you know I have been on a journey. This journey has been since the end of August. It seems now that God is calling me home. My prayer is that you continue to pray for his will, his grace and the family. If he chooses not to heal me he heals me. That may seem odd for some of you, but he will give me the ultimate healing and bring me home. I will be home in his hands. I want to thank you and tell you that I love you all. If I don't talk to you before I go, please know that God loves you. God bless you. Any questions, call my sister. Instead of flowers or gifts, money or Fancy Feast cat food will be accepted!"
Robin's inspiration to fight through her medical struggles these last 6 months came from her cats, her niece and her grand-nephews and grand-niece as she was never able to have children of her own. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, and at her request, donations may be made payable to the Estate of Robin Fose and given to her sister for the continued care of her cats who will be going to her sister or to an account set up for Judah, Logan, and Amelia.
Robin's favorite reply to people was "it's all good", knowing that even though circumstances weren't good, it was good because God is good all the time.
A memorial service and time of celebration of life in her honor will be held at Ignite church located at 312 East Main Street, Endicott, New York 13760 on Saturday November 20th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.. As Robin was never one for dressing up, her desire would be for you to come as you are.
Much more could be written here about who she was and the lives she touched. However, instead, it is asked that you leave a memory of Robin below for all to read and remember.
