Vicki R. Ward

September 18, 1959 ~ September 16, 2022 (age 62)

Vicki R Ward (Allen) of Endicott, 62, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Vicki really loved to spend time with family and friends as well as a passion for crocheting, shopping, camping, bowling, softball, horses, roses, and hummingbirds.  She always looked forward to, and cherished family game night and taking a yearly vacation trip with her sisters and mother. Vicki was an inspiration to all those near and far throughout her long and difficult journey with heart health. After having a severe heart attack 15 years ago and becoming a double leg amputee, she always kept a positive attitude and conquered every obstacle with strength and a smile.  Her smile was given happily to all around and always included a hug and a "love ya". She was predeceased by her parents James J. and Doreen E. Allen (Mayo) and her first husband, Alan J. Maus. She is survived by her husband of 26 years Steven A Ward Sr., her daughters Karen (Robert) Case, and Julie (Clay) Maus, stepchildren Amy Moore, Steven Ward Jr, Rebecca (Andrew) Osterhout, and Summer Ward, 14 grandchildren, her sisters Lynn (Dale) Gurney, Deborah (Peter) Larson, and Nancy (James) Clark, and several nieces and nephews. A Gathering to celebrate Vicki's life will take place on Thursday at 1pm at the Barber Memorial Home 428 Main Street Johnson City. The family will receive friends on Thursday at 11am until the time of the service.
